Research operations in product development
Hello
My name is Matthew Bracaglia
I have over three years of UX research experience using mixed methods like interviews, usability testing, and surveys. At Meta, I managed a team of eight researchers in a high-volume data lab for AI product development. I also led UX research for the NYC Department of Education to improve internal tools. My background in Psychology supports my ability to analyze user behavior. I’m passionate about using research to drive user-centered design.
